How do I get an account?
School administrators will create accounts for teachers. Contact your school's administrator to get login credentials.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page, or contact your school administrator to reset your password.
Score Management
Why can't I edit scores?
Scores may be locked by:
- Semester lock
- Class lock
- Subject lock
Contact your school administrator to unlock if needed.
How is the average calculated?
Scores are calculated according to the formula in Circular 22/2021:
- Regular scores (coefficient 1)
- Midterm scores (coefficient 2)
- Final scores (coefficient 3)
Class Management
How do I transfer a student to another class?
Create a class transfer request, which needs approval from the school administrator.
Can I manage multiple classes?
Yes. Homeroom teachers can manage their assigned class, while subject teachers can access all classes they teach.
